Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 24 hours, no questions asked — provided you request it before the CAP round results for which you bought the list are published.

Why we offer this

We sell probability estimates. If our list doesn't tell you anything you find useful, you should not be out of pocket. We would rather refund you than have you feel misled about what a probability means.

How to request a refund

Email support@ethiccode.in from the address you signed in with, within 24 hours of purchase. No explanation required. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.

What is not refundable

Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase.
Requests made after the relevant CAP round result is published — at that point you know the outcome, and we cannot un-sell information.
Accounts terminated for scraping, bulk querying, or redistribution.

What a refund is not

A refund is not available on the grounds that you did not receive a particular seat. Our output is explicitly probabilistic and our published accuracy figures state the limits. Not getting your top-ranked option is an expected outcome a meaningful fraction of the time, not a defect.

Cancellation

Access is a one-time purchase for the current admission season, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel.
